Frequently asked questions
What can an AI chatbot do for a tutoring & education website?
It answers the questions your customers already ask — for example "How much are sessions?" — from your own website, files and business profile, links them to the right page, and helps them book with you. When it doesn't know, it says so and offers a way to reach your team.
How much does a tutoring & education AI chatbot cost?
Linkd has a free plan with 100 answers a month. Paid plans start at $9.99/month for 2,000 answers, with forms and link-out buttons included.
Will it make up prices, availability or promises?
No. Linkd answers from the information you give it. If a price, date or policy isn't in your content, it tells the visitor it doesn't have that information and points them to your team instead of guessing.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. Add your website address or files, pick your industry, fill in your services and links, and paste one line of code into your site — or share a hosted chat link.
