A business adds its website, documents and a short business profile (services, prices, hours, service area, policies and its main call to action). Linkd turns that into an assistant that answers visitors’ questions in plain language, links them to the right page, and collects their details or hands the conversation to the team when a person is needed.
Linkd answers from the business’s own content. When the answer is not there, it says so and points to the team rather than guessing, and the unanswered question is surfaced to the owner so it can be taught once.

Trained on your own content — Crawl a website, upload files (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text, Markdown), paste text or add Q&A pairs.
Business profile — Services, prices, hours, service area, policies and the main next step (book, quote, buy, call, trial) — treated as the most trusted source.
Grounded answers — Answers come from the business's sources; when the answer isn't there, the assistant says so and points to the team instead of guessing.
Links with previews — Answers link to the right page, with preview cards; links to the host site open in place.
Actions — Lead and custom forms, booking links, map and directions, review requests, link-out buttons and human handoff tickets. The assistant never completes payments or bookings on a visitor's behalf.
Learns from gaps — Unanswered and down-rated questions are collected so the owner can teach the answer once.
